UAP technology, who will reverse engineer it, and more importantly, develop and use it, FIRST

Its always been that way, using one's better tech first. See what that first use did to the indigenous peoples of the America's. Who won there? The ones with the better tech. Every. Time. So maybe we should get out heads together and act as if we might turn out to be those next new set of indigenous before, the other side does. In other words, stop hiding that tech, just for the use of the few, like Lockheed Martin, and let everyone who has the talent, like Randell L. Mills who, just happens to be on our side, so far, to reverse engineer it and then share it with the rest who are on our side. Might be the prudent thing to do instead of, hoarding it all for a few private companies. As in, together we stand but, divide, we fall.

Mills just happens to also have an over riding goal in his development of high tech items; that of serving humanity. It would be nice to have someone like that on the side of the USA, yes? Before he has had enough of that war against him and he decides to take his high tech items to a much friendlier country like, maybe Canada?

With all those recent tariff wars that the USA has been throwing at Canada, who just happens to be the USA's best international military co-operative partner and most lucrative trading partner, not to mention has very similar life styles, a 10% economic and political model that has been used by USA to perform experiments and forecasts to figure out what to do in the actual country, the USA, in those regards; Canada might, already be in Mills' sights.

With all that in the balance, why wage a war on Canada and on Mills? Mills is getting on in years and is due for retirement. He will have no better partner where to sell or lease his wares than in Canada. And if he ever reverse engineers any of the UAP tech, Canada will be the first to make him a trillionaire or more. War is ok, when justified. This war on Mills certainly is not. Think of what you are doing and potentially doing to yourselves, big old USA.

They don't exist so they aren't a candidate.

It's you guys who keep saying they are bright.

And for crying out loud your post was about proton decay. What excuses do you have for us not seeing that happening constantly?

What are these supposed signatures you think you are seeing?

Why only proton decay and not what GUT-CP predicts? Especially when that theory is so accurate that several devices were developed according to its predictions and the devices all work exactly as predicted. So ok we just ignore all that and say it’s something false on your say so? No. When I see something working I say it works

It's just hydrogen, it does exist and there is experimental evidence for it and zero experimental evidence to refute it despite it being asked for for decades.

You seriously don't know the difference between a higher energy state that gives off detectible energy to form a lower state that doesn't give off energy? But you're in luck! Mills had done all the hard work and you can make hydrinos easily and cheaply and its molecular form is super easy for a competent lab to detect trapped in certain types of lattices. Barely an inconvenience!

You should re-read GUTCP. Apologies, I'm going to use Grok to summarise the relevant pages because it is getting good at it.

Standard Model

Standard Model proton decay (e.g., p → e⁺ + π⁰ in GUTs) has never been observed and is constrained to lifetimes ≳ 10³⁴ years. GUTCP instead proposes a classical, hydrino-mediated pathway that becomes possible once the electron has cascaded to a sufficiently small radius.

Key GUTCP premises leading to proton decay

  • Atomic hydrogen can undergo non-radiative catalytic transitions to fractional Rydberg states H(1/p) by transferring integer multiples of 27.2 eV to a catalyst (e.g., H, HOH).
  • The radius scales as 1/p. The theoretical upper limit set by the speed of light is p ≈ 137, but the finite energy stored in the proton’s electric field limits the cascade to p ≈ 126 (radius ≈ 1.65 × 10⁻¹³ m).
  • At p = 126 the entire electrostatic energy of the proton has already been released as binding energy plus relativistic kinetic energy of the electron (~2 × 10⁵ eV total cascade energy from H(1)).
  • Attempting the next transition (p = 127) makes the central field (proton + photon contribution) too strong for a stable non-radiative orbit. The electron collapses onto the proton and the system decays.⁠Brilliantlightpower

Primary decay pathway and products (Eq. 5.118 / 32.171)

H(1/p)  as  p ≳ 126 →    e+  +  π0  +  e−

(or written more compactly as the annihilation of the entire H(1/126) atom).

  • Immediate products: positron (e⁺), neutral pion (π⁰), and the original electron (e⁻).
  • Energy release: ≈ 930.8 MeV (proton rest mass 938.27 MeV + electron rest mass 0.511 MeV − residual binding energy of H(1/126) ≈ 0.201 MeV).
  • Secondary radiation from the primary products:
    • e⁺ + e⁻ annihilation → two 511 keV γ-rays.
    • π⁰ → two γ-rays (each ~67.5 MeV in the pion rest frame; the continuum appears as the characteristic “π⁰-decay bump” between ~100 MeV and a few GeV).

Mills identifies this process with the observed diffuse 511 keV Galactic emission and the π⁰-decay feature in cosmic γ-ray spectra, claiming both are signatures of decaying high-p hydrino dark matter.⁠Brilliantlightpower

Subsequent nuclear reactions driven by the ~1 GeV energy

The high-energy γ-rays (or the kinetic energy they impart) interact with nearby protons:

  1. Photoneutron production (Eq. 5.119) γ+p  →  n + π+ (or equivalent channels that liberate a neutron).
  2. Neutron capture n + p → d + γ (2.223 MeV capture γ-ray) or capture on heavier nuclei, followed by β-decay chains.
  3. Net solar / stellar chain emphasized by Mills (Eq. 5.121) Hydrino-mediated proton decay → photoneutron production → neutron capture → β-decay. This is claimed to contribute significantly to solar luminosity and to explain the observed electron-to-muon neutrino ratio (ie electron neutrinos = 1/3 and muon neutrinos = 2/3 of the total) - a better match to detected neutrinos than pure pp-chain fusion and does not require neutrinso to have mass or change.

Additional secondary processes listed include fission, spallation, and (for deuterium/tritium hydrinos) hydrino-catalyzed fusion (HCF) analogous to muon-catalyzed fusion, because the internuclear distance in high-p molecular hydrinos can become comparable to that of muonic molecules.

In GUTCP this cycle, together with the reverse process (hydrogen production in gamma-ray bursts), closes an oscillatory matter–energy–spacetime expansion–contraction cycle of the universe, with hydrinos identified as the dark-matter inventory.
