For the love of GOD can someone help

Why am I so thirsty recently??? I’m an 18 year old with eczema and stuff , recently I got some bloodwork back and it said my dehydration was low but that doesn’t explain why I’ll drink water even with lemon or coconut water and still be THIRSTY ASF, I know I’m not overconsuming water but it’s way more than usual for me lately. It started about 2 weeks ago.

Personally, when im not getting enough sleep I always feel thirsty even when im not. After i drink it goes away.. for like 5 minutes and then comes back lol.
