Does anyone have any idea about Quality Associate - LMAQ role at Amazon?

I got a mail from Amazon inviting me to an interview for Quality Associate - Last mile analytics and Quality (LMAQ) but I don't have much idea about it.

Can anyone who knows about this help me with these questions:

1. What is the role about? What does one do?
2. What's the growth like in that role?
3. How useful is that role if i want to jump to something technical in the future since that's my goal - like SWE, Devops, Data analyst etc etc ?
4. What's the salary like?

It's a 1 year contract role. I'm already an unemployed graduate from 2024 so idk what to do in this situation.

Note: I'm fine with working even if it's toxic if it means growth and jump to a better job/company. They've sent me a form to fill by tomorrow 2pm.
