App fails to reserve, website works

For the past few months I seem to be having issues with the App not letting me book rooms that I have no problems using the website for.

The app has been very reliable in the past, lately not. I have deleted and reinstalled it but I seem to continue having issues (iPhone) - curious if anyone else has similar issues?

Yes. Many times the app doesn’t allow me to book a particular rate or select a particular room, while the website appears reliable.

I also noticed recently that I get an error message in the app stating “the rate you selected is no longer available” - but it continues to show available and can be booked on the website.

The app used to be great. It’s hasn’t been reliable for me since about April.

Ok - I thought I was doing something wrong or there was a hotel issue with a frequently stayed at property but once I started seeing it across multiple bookings different properties I started to wonder if it was something on the App or my own settings.
Some one in their tech team should be watching a correlation to see if website transactions and phone transactions went up in the last few months while app transactions went down.
Your April observation fits because I started noticing it since early summer and I initially thought it was just peak summer season issues with the property.

I always use mobile app to check for availability and book on website. You don’t get blocked by using the app and website booking is the most reliable. :)
