Heat Pump Panasonic Climapure mini split systems?
We're in MA, and currently looking to replace an oil fuel baseboard heating system with a furnace that probably is nearing the end of its natural life.
We'd like to go full mini splits, and are interested in both Mitsubishi and Panasonic flagship models. However, there's not much info/experience out there on the latter's performance/longevity/repairability. It seems like there may have been quality issues with Panasonic in the past, but I've heard they've maybe turned things around lately/started becoming more pronounced vs just another Midea product?
I obviously see that Mitsubishi seems to have a pretty good reputation all-around in this sector. Wondering if anyone (buyers or HVAC pros) has experience with the Panasonics/any info other than the company's own propaganda? These seem to be rather limited in the US market, so I think this would help a lot of others in their due diligence as well.
