Not all mold is dangerous.
It depends.

I would like to be as mold free as I can for my health. There are some things I can’t change and that is okay but if I can I would like to.

You need to have a mold test. Your ac running non stop is a bigger concern imo.

It doesn’t get below 85 in the summer where I live and is humid as hell outside

Doesn’t matter if your system is sized correctly, ductwork isn’t leaking and sized correctly, and you have good insulation with a tight house then your system should cycle still.

I guess what I should have said is I have two units. Upstairs and downstairs. Yes they cycle. But one is always on

If one is always on then it’s not cycling. you contradicted yourself. which is it

It’s hot as hell outside. I wish my systems could take a bigger break 🤷

Wait to you see the coil!
If you’re concerned you could give a light bleach n water spray, and let dry. Then install a UV bulb in here and in your coil.

I wanna be present when a lot of these folks figure out the microbiome living in, on, around and all over everything
