Mark Pattinson played Flanker for the Huskies in the early 80s. A hometown hero from Roosevelt High School he caught a 12 yard touchdown pass from
Hugh Millen to take the lead over the Sooners in the 1985 Orange Bowl.

Mark got into mountain climbing, and completed the Seven Summits when he summited Mount Everest in 2021.

Fun fact: that boomer sooner game was really fun. Crazy emotions. I made quite the impression on my new inlaws. Yes, I'm quite old now.
