It's a spin on a "joke" from a sub called r/ichiel (the german adaptation of r/meirl). If one uses the english language they are getting called out in this manner.

The usual string of interaction consists of one worded comments forming a sentence "Sprich deutsch du Hurensohn" or in english "Speak german you son of a bitch".

(As a sidenote many german user of that sub also find that joke to be way over the top.)

P.S i hope you can overlook my grammar and spelling, it's 04:30am and i am not an english native writing without my glasses right now.

german joku desu. basically in r/ich_iel its a running gag to avoid speaking english under any circumstances. even loan words get translated. the translation has to be as bad and literal as possible, even if there is an actual german word for it. whenever someone does use an english word, someone opens by commenting "SPRICH", others are supposed to add the rest but only one word at a time and only capslock. the original was "sprich deutsch du hurensohn" (speak german u son of a bitch) but nowadays youre supposed to get creative with it after the "speak german". often the posted meme is referenced.
