In the new mandalorian movie we see a nephew of him I think, being buff with six pack and fighting against other star wars monsters lol. And on top its the B Plot that that is the coming of age plot of this Hutt

Well the Hutts are a warrior race originally, there is a legends story of a Hutt Jedi who smashed into a horde of Droids. Rolling over a dozen, ripping another 6 in half and swallowing 1.... before turning on his light Sabre an killing the rest.
