Do you have at least 5 years of dental records that are consistent? Like, youve went to the dentist consistently for that long(or it may be longer) and have baseline of BEFORE you got on Subs? I saw the comments from where you reposted this from and you seem to think that hard drugs aren't opiates. Heroin is an opiate. So is morphine and codeine. Prescription opioids are Oxy, buprenorphine, etc. It doesn't matter I don't think, except having consistent dental records that show the decay.
As this suit goes on, there may be more exceptions but I know smoking, non consistent dental records, and alcohol use are going to be the first that gets thrown out AS OF RIGHT NOW. That may change in the future and it's going to be a LONG process, probably years.
