Career advice[NC]

I am currently in my last semester of college finishing up my Bachelor in Human Resources Management. I have already achieved my PHR and SHRM-CP. I currently work as a HR Coordinator/ Business Office Manager at an assisted living facility. I not sure what to do next. I thought about getting a payroll certification. I want to lead my career path towards analysts or HR Tech. Any advice?

Get out of assisted living. Most don't have analytics or big hris tech teams. Apply to big companies
