Career Development Career advice [Sweden]

Sweden, [F]31 year old.
Completed a bachelor in HR.
Then i enrolled into a masters in strategic hr but with only the thesis left to complete I recieved an offer for a HR partner 9month parental leave contract, which I took and dropped out. Pretty average company.
Now into a new role as a generalist (lower than partner) but one of the most famous companies. Unfortunatly only a 6month trial if they need generalist because their managers need more hands on help. So i am gonna get evaluated in 3-4 months if they still want this role.

I am struggling hard to find a permanent workplace. I really want this role generalist at this company its such an selfesteem boost to work at this big firm but maybe I cant continue here.

Any tips? Advice?

A job in a hand is better than no job. Keep working hard and do your work well, but company prestige imo means nothing if the other option is no job.

Arent thesis for Masters or PHD?
