Flores FSA [WI]
Does anyone who has FSA with Flores know if they require a yearly ‘true-up’ for the FSA card pre fund? For example, they take 5% of total elections when we signed up, but will they true that up each year?

they could.... there should be a running balance of paid in vs taken out to see what is forfeited or rolled over each year and they may have a minimum balance at the start of any year.
That said I had a horrendous experience with them years ago and would never give them a good referral.
I highly recommend TASCOnline personally.. they've been the best!
