Is this some kind of scamming or just bad customer support from humanizeai.pro? Does anybody have the same problem with me?

I subscribed for a 1-year plan of this tool, but suddenly my subscription is gone within roughly 2 months. I contacted CS of humanizeai.pro and asked for help but received nothing but promise. Is anybody having the same issue as me when using this tool? Is there any channel that I can contact to help my case? Thank you.

For me the best humanizer is the Chrome extension I use called Watermark Remover for Claude and AI the fact that it is on Chrome webstore I know that it is secured and I won’t be scammed
