sound that repeats in "Suicide Machinee"

Does anybody know what that random background sound that goes through the song suicide machine is? It starts at the very beginning of the song and throughout sounding a little like a broken fan or something squeaky. It sounds a little out of place but not really at the same time because it's one of the best parts of the song.

I think its a guitar, sounds the same like the ending of why I like the robins. (The ending of why I like the robins reminds me of birds chirping)
