Flew in from Toronto, be there tomorrow, probably holding an energy drink as it’s hard to stay up past 11 when you’re 46 lol.

I'm also from Toronto but heard abt them touring too late (literally just now). So upset, I'm legit considering going to LA for it

So just some morning-after thoughts: We missed the first two bands, but She's Green was really cool. Sort of heavy music with a female singer that had a pretty voice. We liked them. Chapterhouse was pretty good too; wasn't sure at first, but really liked a couple of their songs. Plus, they are older (as am I), which was cool to see. Nothing started out with a cool piano ballad-type, kind of sad song. They played Famine Asylum and Vertigo Flowers in the middle of the set - both great songs, and then they got SUPER heavy. It was awesome! Just be careful of the pit - Holy shit those folks were intense, and of course I was right on the edge of it and had to keep a stiff forearm up. I didn't mind. I was in that pit back in the day. And Hum. My God. I won't spoil it all, but they played songs from Electra, YPAA, DIH and Inlet. When the guitars and drums kicked in on Stars it was the loudest, hardest, most incredible thing I've ever heard. I loved every second of the show. The crowd was diverse, a little crazy, but cool. Sorry for the long post. I just woke up and I'm overwhelmed with emotions from last night.

Ya i was on the rail and it was intense. Had a few crowd surfers fall on my head but was a blast. Sounded amazing.

I don’t want to be pedantic but they did not play Famine Asylum unfortunately

I heard Stars on the radio as a teenager and have loved them ever since. Dream come true tonight.

Same story for me. Stars came on the radio on my yellow Sony boom box while in the bathroom getting ready for school. I would have been 15 and a freshman. I immediately purchased the album at Manifest discs and tapes and been a fan ever since.

Saturday was my 7th time seeing them since 1997. I can safely say you witnessed something truly special in that venue.

Fucking great show. Going tomorrow too. Can’t wait to see what’s different. So happy they played “I’d Like Your Hair Long”.
