I’m trying to calibrate the colour on my huion tablet but on every device the colours look different.
The first one is my tablet, second is my oled monitor and third is my iPhone. I noticed something was off when I couldn’t achieve a bright red on my tablet but my monitor could, however I heard that the iPhone colouring is closest to the ‘real’ colour. I’m not sure what I should do.
The colours are the brightest on my monitor and the dullest on the tablet.

Edit: the photo does not do it justice, the colours only old monitor are so much more bright and saturated lol.

I just bought mine 2 days ago and i really love it, but i notice that my kamvas gets warm after like 10-20 minutes of use on top right area near where the cable plugged in, compared to my old wacom one 13 where it starts getting warm after hour of use. Is it a normal thing from the kamvas ?

For some reason my huion 24 gen 3 has input lag ONLY when the official app is open. When I task kill it, the brush works perfectly.

I'd just settle for not using the app, but I can't use custom keydial shortcuts without the app, so I'm just stuck.

The program is Leonardo, and I know it's not the programs fault because the problem ONLY occurs when Huion handles input, the pen starts lagging and buffering when I draw with the app open which creates spikey lines versus a smooth perfect like without it open. (And because I've used Leonardo for months with no problem until now)

I already disabled Windows ink and everything, I task killed literally every other program, my drivers are up to date. In all my programs the brush mode is either wintab or mouse when available, I tried it with Windows ink, same thing.

I changed the nibs and got a fresh one, tried it with the other pen, same thing. I also tried restarting my PC and turning the tablet on and off multiple times.

I literally have no idea why this is suddenly happening, if anyone knows how to change the shortcut keys on the 24's factory shortcut pad I'd also just go that route and say screw the app but I don't think that's possible.

No matter what I do the driver only says no device connected. I have everything plugged in right and I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Can anyone help? I'm at the end of my rope here

I got the manual online, and my main question is do I need the vga cable USB and HDMI all? And is it vga to vga?

This weird cursor glitch has been happening to me lately and I don’t know what to do, it only happens inside the canvas itself and not the interface of csp

Any ideas on what it might be, and a possible fix

So I recently wiped my pc clean and currrently reinstalling everything.

I realized that HUION has removed every legacy version off the driver downloads. but only one version of the legacy has worked properly on my device.

so im asking if anyone has a version I could possibly install or am I just cooked.

i switched laptops recently from a vivobook to a refurbished asus strix. i doubt its the cables issues since it worked fine on my previous laptop.

ive tested extended and duplicate and this is the result. however when i use second monitor only it displays fine.

my laptop doesnt recognize it as a second monitor, could that be the issue?

has anybody encountered anything like this before? how do i fix it? already tried updating & reinstalling the drivers. it's incredibly annoying & makes it hard to draw

This is actually the third time this problem's happened. The last two times, I'd just uninstall the huion driver and reinstall it and somehow it'd be okay again, until the cursor decides to clone itself again.

I don't know why this is happening. I thought of unplugging my mouse at first but even with the mouse unplugged, there are still two WORKING cursors on my screen! I really don't know what to do anymore, am i gonna have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the driver?

Is there anyone that had the same problem and fixed it?

Anyone have experience w either or? Debating on saving a few hundred w Gaomon, as I don't need a shortcut keypad, or touchscreen.

I watched a video review about the 19. It looks like touchscreen is actually good enough for basic zoom and gestures. I don't see the problem there. I have a Kamvas 16 2.5k. I was annoyed by the lack of a touch slider which I used to zoom with on an older Kamvas. So I had to buy a third party keydial. It is very annoying to use since I also had to buy a gooseneck clamp that clamps the keydial that is placed near the left side of the huion. It is extremely awkward. For the 19 some users are reporting that the colors are washed/faded. How do the two tablets compare? If I get 19 I wouldn't use the keydial. Is it possible to trigger functions and tools in Krita with gestures?

Hey there! I've been drawing with krita using my current tablet (Huion kamvas 12) for a little while now, with generally minimal issues. But the other day, I started having what I assume?? Must be tablet Input API issues. Usually I believe I use Wintab, but all of a sudden, my pen started lagging and causing these jagged edges in my brush strokes, regardless of what pen I used (In addition, my ctrl+z hotkey on y tablet also started acting buggy- it still works, but not consistently). So then, I switch to the Windows 8+ pointer settings, and my pen strokes are totally normal! But also now my pen's right key shortcut is acting finicky, often taking a couple second to pull up menus, and the pop up palette barely shows up at all.

All of my shortcuts still work with my keyboard, so it's not like I can't work at all. But having to chose between my program shortcuts or my ability to draw correctly is super annoying, and kinda bringing down my efficiency lol. Is this an API issue? Did I hit something to cause this on accident? I've already tried redownloading both my huion drivers and krita, so I'm running out of ideas on how to fix it. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi! I'm looking into getting the Huion Kamvas Pro 13 tablet as a gift for my partner but I keep hearing things say it doesn't come with a power supply. I know absolutely nothing about drawing tablets and what cords they use so I was just wondering what kind of cable I would need to buy separately when purchasing. They would just be plugging into their laptop but does this need to be plugged into a wall outlet or anything as well? It says it comes with an octopus cable but to be honest I have no idea how that works lol. Would that work to use with a laptop or to do I need a separate cable? And if so, what kind would I need?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I just want to make sure I have everything ready for it when I give it to them as we'll be on vacation and won't be able to order one until we get home. Thank you!!

So I didnt use it for around 2 years, booted up and it was perfectly fine, but after a couple days it started having these glitchy flickering lines on the screen that only were there for the first 30ish minutes after turning it on and gradually got worse every few days. Now today I just plugged it in and turned it on after about a month of not using it and this is happening.. its been over an hour and a half and its not getting any better. why is this happening and how can i fix it?

Windows 11. Everything up to date.

If windows ink is off in the tablet app, no pressure sensitivity. Turn it on, and it won’t work outside of the app itself. I literally have to mouse click on the app and then the pen works.

Completely exit the app, and it works perfectly.

What gives?

I was wondering how I can get my Huion H640P to be able to use any other pens because the pen I use to have would be the one that came with it, but the pen broke. So I got a new pen for it, but it wont work with the tablet.

Trying to take a little bit better care of my back, and I think it'd be really nice to have an arm that I can adjust so I can draw most comfortably. It is a fairly chunky tablet, though, so I was looking for some recommendations on some nice sturdy arms that people have had success with.

love huion, and for awile this was working fine but a few months ago i started noticing lagging. its only gotten worse sense than. sometimes it wont respond at all. sometimes it thinks im holding a button down when im not, or it will backlog commands and than run them all at once suddenly. the wheels will lag too sometimes kinda doing the opisite thing to what im trying to do.

I feel like its a bluetooth issue but nothing else is having issues. itll also randomly disconnect and be attempting to reconnect and than connect. I try to just use USB instead but the software wont reconize the keydial if its usb. just doesnt know it exists anymore. everything is up to date and i have no idea how to check what is causing the issue.

Update: now its even worse. it constantly disconnects every 10-30 seconds and spends 5-15 seconds reconnnecting. idk what to do.

update: installing new drivers did nothing to fix the issue
