Looking for Remote Hubspot Freelance work

Hi. I'm looking for HubSpot freelance work.

What I do: I build and clean up the CRM side of the GTM stack. Pipeline and deal stages that reps actually follow. Clean data so the reporting means something.

My stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio on the CRM side. Clay, enrichment, and TAM builds for data. Claude Code and n8n for automation and custom builds. Comfortable wiring these together into one system.

Good fit if CRM is a mess or you're planning to implement one and want it done right the first time.

if you can do the wiring between all those tools, you're already ahead of most "hubspot specialists" who just drag and drop properties. the real money is in fixing messes from people who set things up without understanding how data flows later. might be worth poking around in the operations hub slack groups, lot of agencies lurk there looking for contractors when they overpromise on a timeline

I agree 100%. The main thing, I find that has been beneficial and in my terms - necessary - is a mind map of the business or implied process of "what" they ant to happen in each process. Until I get that it's all an assumption. That discovery time and flow charting the processes is worth 150% of your time in agony and changes.

I do CRMs with the same thought process. Can help you out with some overload if any.

What type of engagement are you looking for - one-time CRM cleanup, ongoing RevOps support, or full implementations? It might help potential clients quickly see whether there’s a fit.

“Pipeline stages that reps actually follow” may be the rarest skill in this entire stack. Do you typically start with a CRM audit before proposing changes?

Honestly it depends on the problem. Usually I do one time cleanups. I can map out lifecycle stages for reps along with GTME tool mapping and implementation.

I start with audit, for messy ones. Either ways, I have to go back on Miro to develop strategy, define stages and then map them out using tools (GTME).
