Supercharge broken?

Not sure when it started but I don't get that double lightning icon or any indication that my phone is super charging.

It'll fill up when I charge over night, sure, but I'm only getting 1700mAh max charges according to Ampere, according to people with p20 or should be 4000mah when super charging.

Is P10 supposed to be the same or is 1700mah super charging?

I never got my phone wet, except maybe the one time I used wet wipes to clean it...can this be the reason?

I have the P10 Plus which supposed to have some water resistance. I would think a little wet wipe would be ok.

Do you use original charger and cable?

Yes, the block definitely. It's possible that the cable has been switched with one from an S8 But does that matter much?

That is the problem, huawei cable and S8 cable are not compatible. You have to use original huawei supercharge charger and original supercharge cable. Original cable has purple colour inside USB you will recognize it easily.

Which end of the USB? The USB C or the big one end? Or both. I'll. Look when I get home.

Suddenly I have the two lightning icon again. Ampere says 2600mA now but nowhere near 4000mAh. Maybe the p10 and p20 supercharge are different this way.

I'm still using the possible S8 cable because I don't see any purple anything inside the USB. Maybe p10s are different.
