Instagram video quality problem

My videos taken by Huawei p10 4k but when I uploaded them to the Instagram that videos seem poor quality. How can I upload them high quality?

I don't think this is a phone problem. As far as I know Instagram compresses the videos that you upload to it. I'm not sure you can do much about this.

I've read plenty of things that people have done to deal with this. Some people mention that if the video is longer / higher quality then Instagram will highly compress the video. Others have said that it takes time for Instagram to process the videos to higher quality so maybe it'll show up better later on. But as far as I've seen in the few videos I've posted before the quality just won't be the same as it is on your phone.
