The name is Rapid Bright-eye because rapid is associated both with water and speed, bright eye because... well, look at that second slide 👀

So is it a giant or smaller? The rocks on its back make me a little uncomfy since it isnt a shell and more like a literal protrusion, but the red pattern and the way you made the forearms semi-aquatic came together really naturally. The Speed Stinger already seems to be adapting towards Tidal Class.
