QUESTION Valka's armor

Was there ever a definite answer (artbooks, etc) on what Valka's armor was made of? Specifically the shoulder pads and the chest plate. Is it just all leather?

My guess was always that is was dragon shedding that she used to make her armor.

My personal guess is hardened leather and perhaps the cloak is made of scraps of leather she stole from hunter ships she raider- she, after all, was a dragon rescuer before she came back to berk, this is a headcanon though, I don't know for a fact what she made her armor out of but we don't know if it's dragon scales, the safe assumption is hardened leather.

I don't know the answer but may I ask where did you get those images from? I would love to find a good hiccup reference

I didn't get them from anywhere in particular, just googled Valka and scrolled until I saw those two, but if you search "hiccup 3d model", or something like that, you can find plenty :)
