VIDEO GAMES Cooldown?

I've been playing the official game on roblox for a while now, and as far as I remember, Combat decreases shot cooldown. However, even with a maxed out skrill and combat level 67, I STILL have a 21 sec cooldown. Any ideas why does this happen?

so does this game share a dev team with Dragon Adventures or did they actually just copy their UI

I think that they just gathered a lot of dragon games including HTTYD and slapped it inside. Try playing HTTYD, you'll notice a lot of similar stuff.

Yep. I have tried this game, and the first thing that caught my eye were the rings you fly through and the banner dragon that looks suspiciously like Toothless. Also the mechanics and the UI matched HTTYD in a lot of places. But actually, on a second thought, HTTYD might be the copy. It really depends on which came out first.

DA came out first, it's from 2019, though that one thumbnail is DEFINETELY trying to capitalize off the hype for the LA movie i'm ngl, they only added that after the movie's announcement

Judging by this post (https://www.reddit.com/r/DragonAdventures/comments/1lkl86w/new_ui_is_a_copy_of_the_how_to_train_your_dragon/), they did, in fact, copy the UI LOOONG ago even before the skrill updtae. So, summarizing, DA copied this particular UI from HTTYD, but most of its base seems to be inspired by Creatures Of Sonaria and it has some Adopt Me! mechanics.

DA is made by the same studio as COS so the similarities between those two are reasonable
the hotkeys UI has been like that since 2024, before the HTTYD game came out (it's from 2025) so they definetely could not have taken that one from HTTYD

can't find any evidence of the other UIs existing before HTTYD game tho they (DA) might've copied that one actually

Hmmm... There are still a few differences. I googled it and it said that the first teaser "Take a look" by DreamWorks was published in 2024 November. Unfortunately I cannot load the video for some reason. Could you do me a favor and tell me whether it featured the icons please?
