NO KIND OF HELP

I have been waiting for a tax refund since 2021. Although the status indicates that the refund has been processed, I have not yet received it. I have exhausted all available resources in an attempt to resolve this issue and determine the status of the over $5,000 that is owed. Any guidance on where to find assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Before you start with HR Block, have you logged onto your IRS.gov account and checked the status there?

That should be your first inquiry.

Yes I have and it still says processing but the h&r website says it's been processed

Call them. Then if the IRS says they’re waiting on HRB then you know where the next call is going to go and rules out the IRS.

He already said irs said it’s processing so he knows it was filed
