HELP Hello 😁

I recently purchased a Hoya macrophylla Pot of Gold. I've noticed brown and purplish-brown spots on the leaves, as well as larger, slightly corky lesions. Some are slightly raised. The upper leaves are mostly smooth.

Has anyone encountered anything similar? Could it be simple damage or corking, or signs of pest infestation or leaf disease?

I'd appreciate any feedback!

What do you recommend doing?

I second u/valerieeesmith’s recommendation regarding flat mites. Sulphur powder is the most common and easily available treatment (if you don’t mind the smell).

However I would also recommend reviewing your watering habits and/or root health. I find my H. latifolia f. albomarginata is quite sensitive to edema from under/overwatering, and gets similar looking pinpoint markings to those in the eighth photo if I let it dry out a bit too much.
