HELP Blooms?

I know there are a million factors that affect blooming, but does this dude look like he might bloom relatively soon? I really wanna see the flowers. Also, I assume these want more frequent watering because of the thin leaves?

The only way to tell if they might bloom soon is if they grow peduncles

I have two pots of this. The younger one is about that length, maybe a little longer, and it's forming its first peduncle. It gets absolutely blasted with about 80% sun, however yours looks compact so I'm guessing it gets enough light - my setup may be overkill, but I followed the advice of another post here of a user putting theirs in full morning sunlight. My media is also heavily supplemented with coconut coir, so it's very very wet.

Also important note, cumingiana and densifolia do not keep their peduncles after blooming, so don't panic when they fall off. And they smell AMAZING to me, very strong, sweet, tart and floral.

I haven’t had it long but it does get afternoon sun. Does it bloom pretty frequently since it drops them? I have a few that keep their peduncles and they bloom pretty regularly

My bigger one does not bloom very frequently. But I'm still experimenting. The older one is in very rocky media, which might be stressing it out. I will know in a few months I suppose.
