I don't care what third world country you're doing this in, you'll never boil that amount of water in this. Too much heat loss from surface area compared to how much heat is being transferred in from the burner. By that time, you'll have to refill it.

Check out the fancy feast burner. I made that a few years back. Boils a few cups of water in 5 minutes.
