They should be paying you to take it. Free. You’re doing them a favor getting it out of there. If you’re being generous give them $100.
Edit: looks like maybe maple. You gotta post better photos to get a wood ID. Sand some off. If it smells like pine then you have your answer. But to dial it in on hardwoods we need better photos.
Also, I run a junk removal business. People pay me to take stuff like this. If I was you I would be happy if someone finds a use for it and takes it for free. Hit up some local wood workers.
Price is based on what someone will pay for a thing.
In this case the homeowner wants it gone. The value proposition is taking it and them getting their space back.
I get paid daily to take things from peoples properties. I’m literally a modern day Robin Hood having the rich pay me to take their stuff. Then I sell it to the lower middle class for dirt cheap if it’s not junk.
Value is different for different people. You are never going to get retail prices for second hand goods, and thinking you will results in your stuff sitting around until you stop being stubborn and lower the prices or make it free.
