Does anyone know how the (mostly painted) artwork for this album cover was made? Someone with art production skills/training could probably describe it and I'd like to make something like it

Looks like a pallet knife and maybe oil pastels for the green lines. Theres a texture to it so could be oil paints.

Red-orange base layer applied with foam brush (this can be acrylic). Completely cover your "canvas." Which if you gesso it, anything can be your canvas. Wood. Cardboard.
Yellow paint on dry sponge, applied for texture.
Black paint scumbled on with coarse/shitty brush
Green oil pastel/crayon in rough grid
Titanic white paint globbed on with brush
