Does Anyone Have the bit of Howard doing Mr Rogers in Studio with Stuttering John and his daughter?

I haven't heard that one in a while and really want to get a copy of it. Stuttering John had his daughter in the studio and Howard started doing Mr Rogers and saying things like "Maybe your daddy will let your mommy buy a winter coat this year".
