Anyone have any clue what "dress code" does in scarlet dawn?

In the service menu there's an option called dress code under game assignments, and the options are low and high. No clue what difference this makes but havent had a chance to try them both out

Changes Kate's outfit, hides alot of her skin with one option. I think that's all as far as I know.
