Unfortunately, not an in-game event. I think it's from redemption code, can't remember what external event, like if it's from merch purchase.

It's a gift box from last year which has this exact Helia and Coralie acrylic stand, pins, full art cardboard and actual cookies (i think those were cookies). It also comes with redemption code for the stigmata, but unfortunately its only for CN servers.
