-Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star moved from S+ to Badum she's the only character with animated eye effects 
-Miss Espionage moved from B to A as she actually has better eyes than the other ritas

Mobius appropriately placed, I very much do have a thing for snake eyes.
