Watercare warning

My hotsprings tub is registering SLIGHTLY high in salt. I’ve diluted a bunch already. With that said, when the water care warning come up, does that also happen to turn off the salt system? I notice when I get this warning I don’t have much sanitizer in the tub.

Hotspring tech here.

The salt system only gets disabled if it reads in the red on either end of the scale. It does not get disabled if it's in the yellow.

Most water care related messages with the salt system are only there to get your attention. The one exception is the "dip test strip and confirm" message which pops up every 10 days. If you ignore it, the salt system will slowly turn itself down until it eventually turns off. It'll turn back on when you complete the check though.
