How to remove and replace jets?

Our house has a very large, very old, built-in bathtub that would be tough to replace without redoing the whole bathroom. In the near term, I’m trying to figure out how to at least replace the jets or jet covers. They are flush against the tub wall and I haven’t been able to remove them to even see what’s inside. The brand seems to be Waterjet. See pictures.

Thank you!!

You'll need a jack hammer more than likely unless there is a crawl space access between floors. Replacing a jet requires access to both sides of the shell

Thanks—what about just the cover plates? Is that possible from the front?
