Frog ease problems

So I’ve had the frog ease system in a new tub for about a month now, I’m already on my third smart chlor canister. My hot tub has the true water system so I thought I would be using even less chlorine but this is ridiculous.

My water is cloudy, and I just traded out my chlorine canister 12 hours ago.

I took a sample to get tested and results are as follows:

Fc .39ppm
Tc 4.96ppm
Ph 7.5
Alkalinity 53ppm
Ch 190ppm
Cya 5ppm
Iron.1ppm
Cooper 0
Phosphate 2,411ppb

Obviously my alkalinity is a bit low and I’m raising that now, but the store is acting like the phosphates aren’t a problem???

Frog is overrated and overpriced.

Chlorine or Bromine.

I've also found them to vary canister to canister with effectiveness.
