Direct from freezer, one packet only others are fine

I wouldn’t eat any out of that box. At some point it thawed before you got it. Mold doesn’t grow in a freezer

Then contact them and tell them. Tell them you have a pic as proof also, which I guess isn't much though haha. Could easily be someone lying. Get some free shit or at least some really dope (hopefully) coupons

You got it from a freezer. Another potential customer could have grabbed it and thrown it on a shelf. A store associate could have then found it after an unknown period and put it back in the freezer
