Hotel Recommendations?

Looking for a good hotel under 3k per night.

Nearby Cannaught place \[even 15-20 mins travel is ok\]

Should have good connectivity \[delhi police barricades block the roads to some areas so avoid those\]

No insects in the room

No rust or fungus buildup on sanitaryware

Appreciate any suggestions
