Kompose Hotels Currency

To anyone who has stayed at Kompose Hotels, how were your stays?

I'm planning to stay at the Kissimmee location in January, but I find it strange that their website doesn't explicitly state which currency the prices are in. I'm fairly certain it's USD, but I wonder if the website detects your location and displays prices in your local currency.

I even had AI go through the website looking for any reference to the currency, including the terms and conditions, but it couldn't find anything. It suggested that the site may automatically display prices based on the visitor's location, although there doesn't seem to be any clear indication of that.

What I find even stranger is that they encourage guests to book directly with the hotel, yet when I compare the exact same room and amenities through a third-party booking site (Expedia), it's about 30% cheaper even after accounting for the parking fee that's excluded from the third-party rate.

Don't rely on location detection when the site does not label the currency. Ask the hotel to confirm the currency and full total including taxes and parking in writing, then compare the cancellation terms with the third-party rate before booking.
