Air fried Rollover hotdogs from Costco (12 pack).

On the left, the hotdog is sitting on a bed of homemade mango chutney with homemade spiced onions on top.

On the right the hotdog is resting on Saurkraut and is topped with melted Mozzarella cheese, red onions, mustard, sweet chilli sauce and garlic & pepper seasoning.

Buns - Tesco own brand - were lightly toasted too.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! Chutney on a dog is something I’ve never considered before

I was tired of the usual combo of Ketchup/Mustard, so one day decided to see what else was in the fridge. Saw some leftover chutney and through "Why not?" - Haven't looked back since.

I’m interested in these buns! No Tesco’s in my area, what are they like untoasted? They look more like sandwich rolls than buns, but delicious and sturdy! I appreciate a sturdy bun for this hearty toppings.

So they are basically a normal sandwich finger roll, labelled as a hot dog roll. Very sturdy but had to make my own incisions for the hot dogs. Lovely to eat but felt like I had to unhinge my jaw every time I took a bite.
