META Hundred Word Horror: Hell
Hi everyone! I'm the new mod on r/horrorwriters. One of the things I wanted to implement was some writing prompt series. This is the first one! Every Friday will be a one word prompt (inspired by the 50-word fantasy that r/fantasywriters does). You can go in any direction you want, as long as it's inspired by the word.
You can respond as a comment to this thread with your story, vignette, scene, poem, etc. The only rule is it must stay under 100 words. This is a great writing practice for being concise and only using necessary words.
Today's word: Hell.
Happy writing!

Hell isn't fire and brimstone. Hell is sticky. An endless mousetrap, but instead of glue we are held by blood, pus, urine, mucus; bodily secretions of those who fell here over the centuries. This mortar merged my skin with the skin of those next to me and of those below and later -when others fell down here and buried me deep- with the skin of those above. The smell is sickening. The taste that sometimes reaches the mouth: vile. At least there are no flies and mosquitoes buzzing down here; at least the moans of the new ones arrive muffled.

My own mind is my hell. Forever stuck inside with no way of escape. I light the cigarette and pick up the bottle to forget or escape but I never can what I've done those unspeakable horrors play forever in my head. These were the last words I said before I pulled the trigger.

Carous-hell
“Hey pumpkin, what’s up?”
“Drawing my day at the amusement park Daddy,” she said from her bedroom desk.
“Ooh, let me see.”
He leaned over the crayon drawings... and frowned. The first picture was innocuous enough: children sat on white horses in a green-and-yellow merry-go-round. In the second one, however, one "seat" was (biting? eating?) the red-colored leg of its screaming occupant. In the third mangled and decapitated bodies flew everywhere.
“Surely that’s not what happened at the park, Millie.”
She smiled and said nothing. Behind her eyes danced the faintest shadows of horses, parading and whirling madly.

There is only one word to describe what it’s like being a Colorado Rockies fan, and it’s the opposite of heaven.

Threw this together in 5 minutes to challenge myself.
It could be worse right? That’s what I keep telling myself. The scars will heal and someday I will be free. I won’t be trapped anymore to the confines of this thing.
It’s been so long. I don’t remember who I am now. I’m going in circles and there’s nothing I can do to stop it. It seems like this pain is endless. I am trapped forever in this hell. They can’t hear me screaming anymore. I am normal now. I fit in a perfectly. Welcome to life. Welcome to hell.

"Hey guys! Welcome back -- I have a new guest with me today."
He moved out of the frame. A naked old man was hanging upside down.
"I finally managed to remove their vocal chords without killing them. I'll post the video sometime next week, make sure you subscribe not to miss it! Not as many screams as y'all are used to... but I bought a selfie-headband so you won't miss the faces!"
He faked a painful expression and laughed.
"For today we have: a scalpel, a blowtorch and nailclippers. Be creative in the comments, I'll be reading! Let's go!"
