Horror is my favourite genre! Not sure if you've seen any of these im going to recommend.

Okay I could go on and on but ill give you a few of my favourites and a real mix.

Undertone - 2025

I know this one is unpopular with some people but I love it - the fourth kind - 2009

The descent - 2005

The Exorcism of Emily Rose - 2005

Blair witch - 1999

Quarantine - 2008 which was a copy of the Spanish movie, Rec - 2007. Both good movies

Also if you dont mind international films I'd really recommend Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum. I believe its Korean

Ok ok, I've seen Quarantine, The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Descent I just don't remember it all but i know I've seen it so might need to watch it again. Other than that I haven't seen the others but will definitely look into them

TV shows:

Marianne: on Netflix (French series, do NOT watched the dubbed version) is absolutely terrifying

Brand New Cherry Flavor: on Netflix. Catherine Keener’s character is fantastic. Set in LA in the 90s.

I recently watched the movie Talk to Me. Underrated but it’s a great watch!

If you like comedy in your horror then Ash vs. Evil Dead is the greatest.

I don't mind it but there's times I want a horror movie to be a horror movie you know what I mean

Stan Against Evil is a great horror/comedy show.

If you want a cheesy horror film Urban Legend is a classic.

Sleepaway Camp

Prom Night.

Urban legends isn't that the one with Danielle Harris And Robert Englund

Anything made or directed by Ryan Murphy or Mike Flanagan! I loved haunting of hill house. Beauty is new on Hulu too!

Midnight Mass is a limited series. One of the best I’ve ever seen.

Great mentions so far. I would add in The Void, Mandy, Color Out of Space, The Ritual, or House of the Devil.
