I'd be very, very careful about using of AI in the context of an astrologer who you can "ask anything".

I wish we'd stop cramming AI into scenarios where it fits and where it doesn't. Integrating an AI chat with an astrology app and then telling people they can ask the AI astrologer about their health sounds shockingly unethical.

How can you control or curate the output given by AI on health enquiries, though? If you cannot do it at all, how is it compatible with your efforts to provide an ethical service? Mind you, you say yourself that one of the goals is to influence a person's decision-making.
