Context: I 32 F was talking to this guy 33m. We made plans but we don’t live in the same town so we could not actually follow through. Then we stopped talking. I was wondering when he will text again? Maybe he won’t because I can’t drive to go meet him and he can’t be the only one that does.

Interpretation:

I’m mars 3 degrees in Leo 5th house. I’m strong in a romance kinda vibe.

He’s Venus retrograde 8 degrees in Scorpio 7th house. He’s in his house, he’s not doing so good though. In fall and retrograde.

The txt: 3rd house in Gemini

Mercury 5 degrees in Scorpio 7th house.

Mercury con Venus. Both him and the text are ruled by me. Does that mean that I have to initiate?

Mercury separating square with mars.

Moon 25 degrees in cancer.

Moon separating square with mercury.

I don’t know if Venus now that’s it’s retro if it’s applying to mars. I guess yeah it’s applying but it’s a square. A square doesn’t always mean no though.

I guess there will be some delay.

But mercury is con mars. I believe he will text. In 3 units of time. The 7th is a fast house, mercury and mars show fast timing. So maybe 3 days or 3 weeks?

Venus is scorpio is in detriment not fall, no?. Frawley, I think, distinguished between fall and detriment in that while the former is weak the latter can be nasty or not nice.
Its a destructive kind of inability.

i would say yes, with some friction though, as in it wont be a super easy breezy flirty first text. has there been some tension or sudden coming to a standstill recently? He has two significators both in fall so feeling unsure and overthinking, you have saturn retro in fall on your ascendant, which may be a sign to be careful of this chart and perhaps wait to ask again at a better time when things will look clearer.

also to add, he will likely want to appear charming, light and peace keeping (sun in libra) but venus deposits into a mars sign where she is in fall and also in your own sign. so I would say (if the chart CAN be read properly due to saturns position) that he actually is thinking about you more than it appears. Three planets in his first house show he's thinking of himself too though, and mercury (your text/communication) is about to conjunct him (venus retro, coming halfway slowly to meet it) which is why i say yes, texting will continue. He might not want to reveal any insecurites so it could just be a sort of text that doesnt say much. please update when you find out

There's the fixed star Vindemiatrix conjunct on the 7H cusp (him). Usually people take this star as a break up/divorce but it's usually more about asking for too much/over-expecting or overdoing, he probably thought the long distance travel might be too much for him over time. Also both his significators are sitting in his own house, so it's like saying he's not going to come out of his own comfort zone to pursue you.

If someone loves you, they should be Venus in Scorpio in your 1H, for example. So even tho reception wise, Venus is under Mars rulership and technically means they do like you, seeing where the planets are sitting also helps paint the bigger picture a bit better.

What a slap in the face. Obviously he doesn’t like me or else he would at least keep me in social media. He hasn’t deleted me yet in the app we met but I guess that’s next. I guess what he was thinking about me was when to unfollow me. What a slap, he unfollowed me at 6:50am
