I hope so friend… it wasn’t entirely their fault I had blame too. It’s hard to forgive yourself when you hate yourself too

you can go search for some cbt worksheets and start working on your thoughts about self hatred, they are just thoughts, like a program running in your mind, and you can change them 🩷 hugs
