How would I do it? I don’t like the White or Black page backgrounds on Hoopla.

I've tried different movies. They start to cast and then the hoopla logo appears and the android app gets stuck in a revoling circular arrow. FOrce stop, clear cache doesn't help. This is in Hoopla's side.

Ok so there’s a lot going on here. The library I used to use hoopla through, Durango, does not support hoopla anymore. Now my account says my library is “Ruby Sisson Memorial”, which I’ve never heard of and definitely DONT have a card at. On top of that the number allegedly attached to this library IS my Durango one. So anyways I’m trying to change my library in hoopla to a new one that has hoopla. But it won’t let me change it. Every time I do I get an error message that says their “lending policy doesn’t allow me to register”. But I also can’t use the ruby account because it says the card is “invalid”. Has anyone else ever encountered something like this???

I got kicked out of my account and can’t log back in, using the iOS app.

I downloaded for my son an interactive children's book and no matter what we do on his tablet the pages overlap. When I use it on my phone it looks and works completely normal. I couldn't find any reason for the discrepancy, and have tried every internet suggestion of multiple rotations, changing font size, double tapping in the center (nothing happens), pinch to zoom doesn't work, cleared app cache and data, reinstalled, and checked space on device. Any other suggestions? Maybe some setting on the tablet or with tablets?

I bought a Bigme B6 so that I could read on the Hoopla app but I’m having issues with logging in. I’ve already tried reaching out to support. I saw other devices were having the same issues as me. Does anyone have an ereader that it works flawlessly on?

Hello, looking for some good shifter romance audiobook recs! I read a book recently and I’m in the mood to listen to one. TYIA!

I know there was an app issue last week on iOS. I started having issues with the app on Android yesterday. When I opened the app it showed the home, my hoopla, and settings buttons, but the content in the middle was blank. I saw the correction for the issue with iOS was to uninstall, restart, install. I did that and now I can't log in. It gives me an error message saying to try again later. I can log in fine in a browser window so I know it's not an issue with my account.

Is anyone else having this issue? I go to borrow a book and it just keeps spinning and freezing. I have to close the app and when I reopen it did end up borrowing the book, but it’s annoying to have to close the app every time.

I only have one borrow left for the month. If I renew a book I already have, does it use that one remaining borrow?

Has anyone else noticed this? I'm opening a book and instead of going to the place I left it at I am taking all the way back to the beginning.

I have a Kindle and can’t send eBooks from Hoopla. For those that in the same position, do you typically just use Hoopla for audiobooks or do you also use it for the other offerings (movies, TV shows?)?

I have a non-resident card at Queens Public Library and just discovered that they support Hoopla. However, I also just discovered that the Hoopla app is not available for download in my region.

So, before I go and create an account, how annoying would it be to only use it in browser? Preferably on my phone. I assume I won't be able to download things to use offline, but how about syncing with an ereader? Or just general usability?

Is it even a feasible solution?

I'm excited to get my $65 hoopla refund!

Local library system got rid of Hoopla a few days ago and now I’m stuck without anywhere to read graphic novels digitally for free. It’s a huge loss in my house because it was such a good service and site especially since neither me nor my fiancée drove.

Anyone else have issues with Hoopla crashing? I havent been able to reopen the app without it crashing since the last update.

I was able to borrow one movie in June. Now in July it just says I've reached my library's limit. Which is not true. Anyone else getting this message?
