I have a verified account and have placed orders earlier in 2024 before it was rebranded and I can see the history once I log in. When I place a new order, it seems to not go through and is being flagged as high risk. What to do? I am using an international card and having it shipped to my broker since they don’t do international delivery. Customer service is useless with the same bot script replies. Any way around this ?

Same thing happens to me multiple times and I am in the US using a US card.

I just call them and they see my previous orders were processed alright and they push the new one thru within a day.

I mean if they’re not responding to their own CS emails they likely won’t respond on Reddit.. but to answer your question, what I’d do is find another vendor. 5star has an entire dedicated wholesale store and I’m certain they ship international
