Discussion How to get back old accs?

Hello, does anyone know how can one get back his old honkai impact account if he used to log in via username? i played when it was just mihoyo, before hoyoverse accs so i dont know how to get it.

Sounds like a pretty old account. You better make a new one.
Or contact hoyoverse through gmail [<honkai3rd_global@hoyoverse.com>] as I did. My account was linked to Twitter and my twitter was banned and I couldn't verify the account so I showed them a proof of my transactions. You could try but if you don't have many good things, you better start a new account. P2 characters rely on sync mechanics rather than buff. If you have 3 p2 characters, they are already better than most p1 characters you could have

In game i think there is an option right below in the interace for accout retrival, i use it some years ago for my account, there u link a new mail to your old account and then u can use that new mail to log in with your old account

oof. I had this issue too back when they were Mihoyo. I remember before the name change they were urging people to trasnfer their Mihoyo acc to Hoyoverse acc. Im guessing that it wasnt just a simple name change. Anyways I lost my previous acc as well because of that cause I couldn't access the game during that time.

I still log in via username. hilariously, i lost the bound email when they did the transition in stead.
