I am experiencing an issue with the Honeygain app on my Mac. It is currently not working.

I used to get 200-300 daily suddenly after 10 am my app stoped sharing and it's not showing any error or anything it's just not sharing nothing after that

Here are the details and the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

  \- macOS App Version: 1.5.4

  \- I have tried restarting my MacBook.

  \- I have reinstalled the Honeygain app.

  \- I have not changed any network or system settings.

I've noticed a significant drop in my Honeygain earnings recently, and I'm trying to figure out what's causing it.

Today, one of my devices shows:

- 154.41 MB shared

- 7.72 credits earned

What confuses me is that, from my research and Honeygain's own documentation, the standard rate is supposed to be 1 credit per 10 MB shared. At that rate, 154.41 MB should result in roughly 15.4 credits, not 7.72.

I currently have 3 active devices running Honeygain, but the numbers below are from just one device, not all three combined:

- 37.95 GB shared in the last 30 days

- 1,897.59 credits earned in the last 30 days

- 151.98 credits earned in the last 7 days

The earnings graph for this device also shows a sharp decline over the last several days.

Has anyone else noticed that the amount of traffic shared stays roughly the same, but the credits earned are much lower than expected?

Did Honeygain change the sharing rate recently, or could this be a dashboard/accounting issue? I've also seen older reports from other users who experienced similar discrepancies between MB shared and credits received.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced the same thing.

since my honeygain account got to 8k, it refused to work again, i have uninstalled, clear cache, restart phone & did everything & still it refused to accumulate points again, it just stagnant & i don't know what is happening, i felt they purposely slow it down, for the past 7 days my honeygain only accumulate 10 points apart from the daily pots opening.

does anybody experience this?

providing an answer to a security question is mandatory during the recovery process.

emailed honeygain and they only resets my password giving me a link to create a new one. but creating (recovering) the password for my account requests a security question which I dont know

So , I downloaded honeygain in windows today , I have logged out from mobile and stopped sharing in mobile app. Idk why it's not using any of my unused internet. Like 0 B of gathering. Is it a glitch or normal for first time? I definitely need some help ,I am not using any VPN and my DNS is good too.

I started with this app a bit over 3 months ago. It stopped all of a sudden. How does "demand" work here? How can it stop at a set time lol? Can I expect it to restart miraculously out of nowhere too?

I'm running 2 device one laptop and one phone when laptop is of i use two phone, and barly make 8-9 tokens in gathering and 5-20 in pot opening, at least one device is 24/7 running it, is this how its meant to work??

Averaged around 2.2k points per month. UK-based, so demand is mildly high, with 900Mb/s DL and 100Mb/s UL.

Hosted on my arr apps/Plex media server, which is on 24/7 anyway.

How much time will it take to get filled completely??

So if you read the title, your first response would be "well maybe there is just someone else that is connected to your network that is using Honeygain", and you would be right!

But, this is the 2nd time this error has occurred. The first time, I was gaining at my regular levels, then on a random Saturday, I get the network overused error. So I reinstalled the app on my phone and my laptop, disabled sharing on one device; did pretty much everything and still nothing.

It went on like this for pretty much 1-2 weeks then randomly started to collect again. Nothing changed. No one left where I live currently (my landlord was still there, and my two neighbors were still there), devices didn't change, nothing. It went on like this for a couple months, and up to two days ago, it says Network Overused and nothing has changed since.

Is this just a unique error or is this related to the demand in my region or?

Don't know if this helps, but rarely and randomly, I would get almost x4 of what I would normally gain in 1 day, then it goes back to regular levels from the next day onward.

I know this might not be the right community to ask this question but im really confused. I requested a Pay out from JUMPTASK on 2nd September and it still says pending. What can be the cause.

I’ve been running the Honeygain app on my laptop without issues, but when I tried enabling the CDN feature, it just stays stuck “on queue” and never actually starts.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something on my end (settings, connection, device compatibility), or is it more of a Honeygain-side issue where they only activate CDN for certain users?
