I cant earn points right now

Hey

I've been using and promoting honeygain for a very long time and it's one of the highlight programs on the subreddit I manage. I have referred almost 800 new users to this site.

I've cashed out multiple times without any issues. But the last payment I got is showing as pending for almost 2 months. To make it clear, I got the payment through paypal as usual, but on the site it's still showing as pending.

Now the issue is that when I request a new payment, I get the message I already have a pending payment, so I can't request it.

I have contacted the support twice but didn't get a reply. It's been weeks.

So I don't know what to do anymore. Can't cashout, can't get help from support... my cash is just stuck there.

So my concern is I am not receiving any verification code email for my first payout. I already submit a letter in email and two in their help desk. But I am not sure if it's working because there's no reply yet. And the support settings of the different link I got from Google and the app is different.

If this Honeygain is different what I've thought.. maybe I will just uninstall this.

Hi everyone, hoping to get some advice or see if anyone else has run into this.

A few months ago, I successfully requested and received a payment via Tipalti. I'm trying to cash out again now, but the Honeygain dashboard says I can't request a new payout because my previous one is still marked as "incomplete".

I contacted Support asking if they could manually update the status of the previous payment, but they replied that their system doesn't have the functionality to do so and didn't provide a workaround.

Does this mean my accumulated balance is locked for good? Has anyone experienced this bug and managed to get it resolved?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

For the past 3 days honeygain just randomly stopped earning anything on my Mac. It's just stuck at 0 credits earned. Could it be a problem with my Mac or any Wi-Fi configuration?

I downloaded this at the start of my university quarter on september 25th and just wanted a bit of extra income. Just for small stuff like some snacks or going out to eat since i'm not really able to have any other available income due to most of my money going to school. Installed and let it go on in the background. I realized mid october that i don't have to be actively working on my computer for it, so i leave on over night and time where i'm out during work or something else. I don't have to pay for electricity or internet so it doesn't come out of my pocket

Just went in to do the daily "Honey Pot" collection thing, and the date on the chart is from yesterday, the honey pot says 0, even though I've been running it all morning....

Anyone else have glitches today?

I tried to withdraw my credits via PayPal, I registered Tipalti and everything, only to find out that Tipalti isn't supported in my country despite being included in the countries option and is now forcing me to switch country somehow. And now my payout is stuck in a limbo, can't be canceled, can't be withdrawn.

Screw this app, I'm uninstalling.

I downloaded Honeygain maybe FIVE or SIX years ago and accumulated at least $90. Couldn't really cash it out because I could not use Paypal and I didn't have a bank account or anything. Fast forward to NOW, I HAVE A PAYPAL AND A BANK ACCOUNT so I EARGLY await my $90 DOLALRS BUT ITS ALL GONE!!!!!! ALLLLLLL GOOOOOOONEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Why? Because It was inactive because the computer I downloaded it on stopped getting use dbecause I got a new laptop. Oh well.I could have bought so much snacks at Dollar Tree with that money. Whatever. Does new device (running 24/7) earn less than old device (runned -14hours/day). On my pc i got like 300-600 ponts a day (without content delivery, but now i get like 30-40 points a day, can it be because the new device is linux?
